摘  要:《药物化学》是药学本科教育的专业主干课程。然而学生学习该课程的主动性低、效果差的问题一直是本课程教学面临的巨大挑战。为激发学生学习主动性,提高教学效果,该教学团队通过重视课程导入,改变授课方式,将药物结构与生物活性关系为主线贯穿整个授课过程,实施对《药物化学》的理论课堂的改革;同时结合团队教师们现有的科研平台和研究方向,对实验课程进行优化。经过一系列变革,学生反馈良好,课程的教学质量显著提高。Medicinal Chemistry is the main course of undergraduate education in pharmacy.However,the problem of low enthusiasm and poor effects of students learning this course has always been a huge challenge for teaching of this course.In order to stimulate students’learning initiative and teaching quality,the classroom teaching of Medicinal Chemistry was reformed by our teach team via emphasizing the introduction of courses,improving the teaching form,and using the relationships between drug structure and biological activity as the main thread during the entire teaching process;at the same time,the experimental course is optimized in combination with the existing scientific research platform and research direction of the team teachers.After a series of changes,students’feedback is good,and the teaching quality of the course is significantly improved.
