摘　　要：劳动品质培育是新时代职业院校劳动教育的应有之义。文章提出新时代职业院校学生劳动品质培育的主要内容包括安全劳动、合法劳动、辛勤劳动、诚实劳动、协作劳动和创新劳动等要素,并分析了提高认知、激发情感、培养意志及训练行为等培育途径。Cultivating labor quality is an important content of labor education in vocational colleges and in the New Era.This article puts forward that the main contents of labor quality cultivation in vocational colleges and schools include safe labor,legal labor,diligent labor,honest labor,collaborative labor and innovative labor,and should be cultivated though improving cognition,stimulating emotion,cultivating will and training behavior.
