摘  要:随着“互联网+”时代的到来,信息技术被广泛地运用于教育教学。利用ARCS模型优化体验式实践课的网络教学进行教学设计,并采用行动研究法,以《大学生心理健康教育》实践课程为例,对实践课教学模式进行改革实验。实验证明:部分实践课在线上举办的效果优于线下,而对集体参与感要求比较高的活动,在线开展的效果要略逊色于线下。Along with the Internet popularization,information technology has been widely applied to education and teaching.Taking‘Psychological Health Education for College Students'as an example,with the action research method,three rounds of experiments were carried out to examine the effect of the reform.As the result,the effect of some practical courses held online was better than that of offline.However,it was also suggested that the effect of online activities which required a high sense of collective participation was slightly inferior to that of offline activities.
