摘　　要：2020年,我们梳理了中国高等教育领域的十件大事:党的十九届五中全会明确我国高等教育进入普及化阶段并擘画教育发展蓝图;《深化新时代教育评价改革总体方案》发布,明确新时代我国教育评价改革的任务书和路线图;疫情状态下的在线教学成为常态,推进教育信息化进程;首届全国研究生教育会议召开,为研究生培养指明方向;教育部全面推进高校课程思政建设,加强思想引领;强化体美劳教育,均衡“五育”发展;《新文科建设宣言》发布吹响新文科建设开工号,开辟“四新”学科建设新征程;《关于新时代振兴中西部高等教育的若干意见》发布,中西部高等教育迎来均衡发展新机遇;构建校企合作新型学院,培育应用型、创新型人才;《关于加快推进独立学院转设工作的实施方案》公布,明确转设时间表,为应用型高校发展带来新机遇。通过梳理年度十大事件,参与成员对事件进行多方位评析,主持人以学者身份参与讨论、点评和总结,多维度地回顾和呈现2020年中国高等教育发展的前沿动态,凝练和思考我国高等教育发展脉络。The 10 most important events in China’s higher education in 2020 are listed as follows:The Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China(CPC)mapped out a plan for China’s education on the grounds of making higher education universal in China;The Overall Plan for Deepening the Reform of Education Evaluation in the New Era rolled out,the tasks and steps of the reform of China’s education evaluation were identifies;online teaching during the pandemic emerged became a new normal,facilitating IT application in education;The First Conference on Postgraduate Education pointed out the orientation of China’s postgraduate education;comprehensive efforts were put into ideological and political education in college curriculum with a view to a solid,correct ideological and political direction in higher education;While proceeding all-round development of moral quality,intellectual ability,physical health,aesthetic appreciation and labor education,the latter three were laid more stress by China’s Ministry of Education in an attempt to achieve more balanced education;the release of Declaration on the Construction of New Liberal Arts set the“Four New Disciplines”construction on a new journey;Suggestions on Higher Education in the Mid-Western Region of China presented this region an equal access to promoting higher education;institutes featuring college-enterprise cooperation were built to foster innovative,application-oriented talent;On the Action Plan of Accelerating the Transformation of Independent Colleges drew the deadline for independent colleges,brought new opportunities for application-oriented colleges.In this paper,our team members elaborated on the top ten events in China’s higher education in 2020;the host,as a professional scholar,participated in the discussion,gave instructive comments and made the summary.By doing so,the paper comprehensively revealed the frontier trends of China’s higher education in 2020 and condensed the historical development of China’s
