摘　　要：介绍了现有白酒国家标准体系及其对白酒行业发展的作用。通过分析往年抽检数据,对白酒行业质量安全发展做出简要分析,阐述这些质量安全问题产生的原因,并给出解决方案。希望通过完善白酒国家标准体系,逐渐提升民众对行业的信心,促进行业稳定发展。This paper briefly introduces the existing national standard system of Baijiu and its role in the development of Baijiu industry.By analyzing the sampling data in previous years,the quality safety development of Baijiu industry is briefly analyzed,the causes of quality safety problems are expounded,and solutions are given.We hope that by improving the national standard system of Baijiu,we will gradually enhance the confidence of consumers in Baijiu industry and promote the steady development of Baijiu industry.
