现代学徒制在高职石化类专业群人才培养中的探索与实践

摘　　要：针对化工企业对高素质技能型人才需求较高的现状,湖南石油化工职业技术学院开展现代学徒制试点,石化生产与储运技术专业群各专业与企业共同对专业人才培养进行了积极探索。文章介绍了石油化工技术专业现代学徒制人才培养模式的构建与实践过程,对该模式存在的问题提出了相关建议,期待现代学徒制在专业群人才培养中发挥更大的作用。In response to the rising demand for high-quality skilled talents in chemical companies,Hunan Petrochemical Vocational and Technical College launched a pilot program of modern apprenticeship,and the majors of the petrochemical production and storage and transportation technology professional group and enterprises jointly conducted active explorations on the training of professional talents.The article introduces the construction and practice of the modern apprenticeship training model for petrochemical technology majors,and points out relevant suggestions according to the problems,in expectation of a greater role the modern apprenticeship plays in the training of professional talents.
