摘 要:目的在基础护理学高职课程中应用角色扮演教学法教学,以提高教学质量。方法选取2014年9月1日入学的护理高职生50人为常规组,采用传统教学方法;2015年9月1日入学护理高职生49人为干预组,选取人体力学章节中患者搬运法、翻身法、卧位的变换3个操作采用角色扮演教学法进行教学。比较两组学生操作、理论及病例分析成绩评分作为客观评价指标,学生满意度调查问卷作为主观评价指标。结果干预组双人搬运法操作成绩(93.7±2.23)分、为卧床患者更换床单法操作成绩(95.1±1.89)分、理论考试成绩(93.3±1.54)分、病例分析成绩(94.5±2.78)分,均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。主观评价中干预组学生对实习效果总体满意度(95.6±1.92)分、对本实习课的上课形式满意度(95.8±1.58)分、有助于形成评判性思维(92.8±1.69)分,均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.001。结论角色扮演教学法在护理高职专业基础护理学人体力学课程中可提高护理高职生学习兴趣,有利于培养其获取知识和解决问题的能力,提高综合素质和教学效果。Objective To improve the teaching quality by applying role-playing teaching method in basic nursing courses in vocational colleges. Methods 50 nursing students enrolled on September 1 st, 2014 were selected as the routine group, and the traditional teaching method was adopted. On September 1 st, 2015, 49 nursing vocational students were enrolled in the human intervention group. The three operations of patient handling, turning over and decubitus transformation in the chapter of human mechanics were selected and the role-playing teaching method was adopted for teaching. The scores of operation, theory and case analysis were compared between the two groups as objective evaluation indexes, and the student satisfaction questionnaire as subjective evaluation indexes.Results The results of operation(93.7±2.23), operation(95.1±1.89), theory test(93.3±1.54) and case analysis(94.5±2.78) in the intervention group were all higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). In the subjective evaluation, the overall satisfaction of students in the intervention group(95.6±1.92), the satisfaction of students in the practice class(95.8±1.58), and the contribution to the formation of critical thinking(92.8±1.69) were higher than those in the routine group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001). Conclusions Role-playing teaching method could improve the learning interest of nursing students in the physical education course of basic nursing scholars in higher vocational nursing, and help to cultivate their ability to acquire knowledge and solve problems, and improve their comprehensive quality and teaching effect.
