摘  要:借鉴东西方身体哲学思想,从身体本体出发转变传统体育教学理念,消除身心分离,回归生命教育,彰显生命价值,从"离体"到"具身"、从"身体"到"生命"的体育教学实践是发展学生体育与健康学科核心素养的必经之路。深度体育教学是对传统体育教学的突破与超越,把身体与生命作为实践本体与价值本体,身体在场与生命存在共同构成深度体育教学的价值诉求。深度体育教学是创造性、研究性、生成性的具身认知实践过程,从全方位、深层次促进学生身体发展、实现生命价值创造,由教学内容设计、教学情景创设、教学手段应用、教学模式创新、教学效果评价等他创生手段到学生"具身认知"的自创生实践的演化过程,从学科知识、学科思维、运动能力与健康行为来实现学生身体创生,进而实现学生对个人精神世界与社会共有精神财富追求的生命创生。从"技术讲授"到"知识建构",实现体育学科知识创生;从"离身认知"到"具身认知",实现体育学科思维创生;从"单一促进"到"多元协同",实现运动能力与健康行为创生;从"技能塑人"到"立德树人",实现体育道德品质创生。Influenced by western philosophy and ideas of physical education,the separation of body and mind has become an important embodiment of the reform and development of physical education in recent years.Learning from the body philosophy of the East and the West,changing the traditional physical education concept from the body ontology,eliminating the separation of body and mind,returning to life education,and highlighting the value of life.It is the only way to develop students’core quality of physical education and health from detached to embodied and from body to life in physical education teaching practice.Deep physical education is a breakthrough and transcendence of traditional physical education.Taking body and life as the noumenon of practice and value,the presence of body and existence of life constitute the value appeal of deep physical education.In-depth PE teaching is a creative,research-oriented and generative process of embodied cognition practice,which promotes physical development and life value creation in an allround and deep way.The evolution process from other creative means such as teaching content design,teaching scene creation,teaching means application,teaching mode innovation and teaching effect evaluation to self-creative practice of embodied cognition,From the subject knowledge,subject thinking,sports ability and healthy behavior to realize the physical creation,and then to realize the pursuit of personal spiritual world and social common spiritual wealth of life creation.Concrete practice path:from technology teaching to knowledge construction,realize the creation of physical education knowledge;From disembodied cognition to embodied cognition,the thought creation of physical education discipline can be realized.From single promotion to multiple collaboration,to achieve the creation of sports ability and healthy behavior;From shaping people by skills to cultivating people by virtue,we can achieve the creation of sports moral quality.
