摘 要:教育不仅是基本的民生问题、上学问题,更是事关一个国家精神传承、文化认同和政治主权的根本问题。根植于中华优秀文化、凸显中国灵魂内涵、强调中国国家认同、融通中西共有价值取向的融合课程,是国际化学校的核心。但受其特定的管理体制、教育对象、教师结构等因素影响,有的国际化学校在课程内容与教学上存在着国家认同不足、民族意识不强、价值取向混乱等问题。为此,国家和地方陆续出台了一系列政策法规进行规范和引导。国际教育从业者要顺势而变,主动应对,系统扭转,切实跟进,以遵从国家认同的制度基础为课程价值,以根植于国家认同的理念愿景为课程内核,以融入国家认同的语文学习为基本载体,丰富国家认同的德育课程实践,提升国家认同的教师教学素养,从而全方位地强化国际化学校的国家认同教育。Education is not only a basic livelihood issue and schooling issue,but also a fundamental issue concerning a nation’s spiritual heritage,cultural identity and political sovereignty.Curriculum and teaching materials are the carrier expression of national will and the main basis of education and teaching.An integrated curriculum that is rooted in the excellent Chinese culture,highlights the connotation of the Chinese soul,emphasizes Chinese national identity,and integrates the common values of the East and the West is the core of international schools that respond to national concerns,comply with national policies,practice national identity education,and enhance the national educational cohesion.However,due to their specific management system,education targets,teacher structure and other factors,some international schools suffer from insufficient national identity,weak national consciousness and confusing value orientations in curriculum content and teaching.For this reason,in recent years,a series of national and local policies and regulations have been introduced to regulate and guide them.International education practitioners should follow the trend,actively and systematically reverse the situation,and effectively follow up the policies and regulations,taking the institutional foundation of national identity as the curriculum value,the conceptual vision rooted in national identity as the core of the curriculum,and Chinese learning integrating national identity as the basic carrier,so as to enrich the moral education curriculum practice of national identity and improve teachers’teaching competency of national identity,so as to strengthen national identity education in international schools in all aspects.
