摘 要:目的:了解本科护生实习初期角色模糊和职业认同现状并讨论两者之间的关系,为进行相关干预提供理论与实践依据。方法:使用一般资料调查、角色模糊量表和职业认同评定量表对2019年7—9月间在十堰市三家三甲医院实习的护理本科实习生进行问卷调查。结果:本科护生角色模糊得分为(3.62±0.57)分,职业认同总分为(105.22±15.46)分,各条目均分为(3.51±0.52)分。角色模糊与职业认同总分及各维度呈正相关(P<0.01)。回归分析显示,角色模糊对本科护生实习初期职业认同的解释量为33.6%。结论:本科护生实习初期角色模糊呈中等偏下水平,职业认同情况不一,角色模糊是影响本科护生实习初期职业认同的重要因素。护理教育者应采取相应的措施,强化护生的角色认知,降低护生的角色模糊程度,增强护生的职业认同,使其能够全身心地投入到临床实习中。Objective:To understand the status of role ambiguity and professional identity of undergraduate nursing students at the early-stage of clinical practice,and to explore the relationship between them,so as to provide theoretical basis for future intervention.Methods:The questionnaire survey was conducted on the undergraduate nursing interns who practiced in three Grade-A hospitals in Shiyan from July to September 2019 with three forms:general data survey,role fuzzy scale and occupational identity rating scale.Results:The role fuzzy score of undergraduate nursing students was(3.62±0.57)points,the total score of occupational identity was(105.22±15.46)points,and the average score of each item was(3.51±0.52)points.The role ambiguity was positively correlated with the total score of professional identity and various dimensions(P<0.01).Regression analysis showed that the explanation of role ambiguity on the initial career identity of undergraduate nursing students during the internship was 33.6%.Conclusion:The role ambiguity of undergraduate nursing students in the initial stage of internship is at a middle-to-lower level,and the situation of professional identity is different.Role ambiguity is an important factor that affects the professional identification of undergraduate nursing students in the initial stage of internship.Nursing educators should take corresponding measures to strengthen the role cognition of nursing students,reduce the ambiguity of the role of nursing students,and enhance the professional identity of nursing students so that they can devote themselves to clinical practice.
