摘  要:目的通过在心血管疾病临床见习教学中应用翻转课堂为基础,结合问题式教学(PBL)及案例式教学(CBL)的混合式教学方法,探讨翻转课堂为基础的混合式教学在心血管疾病临床见习教学中的效果。方法选取我校医学本科专业4年级进入内科学见习学习的学生480名,按组别随机分为对照组(230名),观察组(250名)。分别采用传统教学方法及翻转课堂为基础的混合教学方法教学。比较2组学生的学习效果及教学满意度。结果见习学习结束考核成绩比较,观察组知识点考核成绩(85.2±3.9)分,高于对照组(83.0±3.1)分;病例分析考核成绩(86.0±3.6)分,明显高于对照组(78.1±5.1)分。观察组课前预习参与度及课堂活动参与度高于对照组。教学满意度问卷分析观察组对教学的总体满意度比对照组高,P<0.01,差异有统计学意义。结论以翻转课堂为基础的混合教学模式能够提高学生学习效果和教学满意度,可以在医学教育中推广应用。Objective To study the effect of Blended learning based on Flipped Classroom,combinding with problem-based learning(PBL)and case-based learning(CBL)in clinical probation teaching of cardiovascular disease.Methods Choose the fourth grade students of medical undergraduate major in our university.They will have a clinical internship in internal medicine.480 students were randomly divided into control group(230)and observation group(250).The traditional teaching method and the Blended learning base on Flipped Classroom are used.Compared with the learning effect and teaching satisfaction of the two groups.Results Compared with the results of the examination at the end of the probation study,the score of the observation group(85.2±3.9)was higher than that of the control group(83.0±3.1).And the score of case analysis of the observation group(86.0±3.6)was significantly higher than that of the control group(78.1±5.1).The pre class participation and the classroom activity participation in the observation group were higher than that of the control group.The overall satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The Blended learning based on Flipped Classroom can improve students'learning effect and teaching satisfaction.Can be applied in medical teaching.
