摘　　要：教师职业语言是教师对学生实施素质教育整个过程中所使用的语言的总称。它不仅是小学教师交际沟通的媒介,也是教学的内容,对小学生的语言发展起到示范性作用。而且乡村小学教师对这一问题的关注和重视不足,本文在对乡村地区小学教师语言表现充分调查了解的基础上,从语言的科学性、交互性和艺术性提出提升策略,以期为一线教师提供参考。Teachers’ professional language is the general name of the language used by teachers in the whole process of implementing quality education for students. It is not only the medium of communication for primary school teachers, but also the content of teaching. It plays an exemplary role in the language development of primary school students. Moreover, rural primary school teachers do not pay enough attention to this problem. Based on the full investigation and understanding of the language performance of primary school teachers in rural areas, this paper puts forward promotion strategies from the scientific, interactive and artistic nature of language, in order to provide reference for front-line teachers.
