百万扩招背景下高职混合式教学模式研究与探索

摘　　要：百万扩招背景下,退役军人、下岗失业人员、新型职业农民等群体成为高职院校培养对象,结构复杂,教学基础差异较大的生源给高职教育带来了新的挑战。高职院校借助信息化高速发展,探索百万扩招背景下混合式教学模式,梳理混合式教学流程,实施个性化教学,构建混合式教学模式下教学评价体系,搭建教学平台、教学资源等助力混合式教学模式实施。Under the background of millions of enrollment expansion, groups such as retired soldiers, laid-off and unemployed people and new professional farmers have become the training objects of higher vocational colleges. The source of students with complex structure and large differences in teaching foundation has brought new challenges to higher vocational education. With the rapid development of information technology, higher vocational colleges explore the mixed teaching mode under the background of million enrollment expansion, sort out the mixed teaching process,implement personalized teaching, build a teaching evaluation system under the mixed teaching mode, and build teaching platforms and teaching resources to help the implementation of the mixed teaching mode.
