从分散到共建:高职院校党史学习教育常态化机制

摘　　要：为适应党史学习教育自身的特点和规律、现代职业教育内在发展、党建工作和业务工作交融发展等方面的要求,高职院校可建立以核心机制、主渠道和主阵地为主体的校内循环和以主题党日、临时党支部、流动党支部为重点的校内校外双循环相互促进的常态化机制。通过理论学习与实践体验兼顾、专业人才与红色资源并行、传承红色基因与解决实际问题并重、线下与线上相结合的运行方式,解决分散型常态化机制所引起的认知边界、操作边界等问题,实现党史学习教育与思想政治教育的无缝对接,推动党史学习教育的高质量开展。In order to meet the requirements of the characteristics and rules of Party history learning and education,the development of modern vocational education,and the integration of Party building and daily work,higher vocational colleges should establish an on-campus circulation as the main body,and a normalized mechanism with Party theme day,temporary Party branch and mobile Party branch as the focus of both on-campus and off-campus circulations to promote each other.Through theoretical learning and practical experience,professional talents and"red"resources,equal emphasis on inheriting"red genes"and solving practical problems,and combining offline and online methods,they can solve the problems of cognitive boundary and operational boundary caused by the decentralized regular mechanism,and realize a smooth connection between Party history learning and education and ideological and political education so as to promote the high-quality development of Party history learning and education.
