六种蜂蜜的孢粉学和淀粉酶活性分析

摘  要:为了研究云南六种蜂蜜的理化性质,对蜂场进行采样,以蜂蜜孢粉学及淀粉酶活性法检测。结果表明,蜂场蜂蜜样中花粉种类存在差异,益母草蜜和野坝子蜜所含花粉种类最多,为6种,石榴蜜和野藿香蜜所含花粉种类最少,为3种,淀粉酶值也存在差异,其中鬼针草蜂蜜最高,为34.8 mL(g.h),野坝子蜂蜜的淀粉酶值最低,为9.06 mL(g.h)。孢粉学和淀粉酶值检测,能够反映出蜂蜜的质量,可为蜂蜜质量优劣评价方法提供依据。In order to investigate the six honeys characteristic of Yun Nan,it takes sample from apiary and tests by melissopalynology and amylase activity,the results shows that melissopalynological species has significant difference on six honeys.The peak of melissopalynogical is 6 pollens in Leonurus japonicus H.(L japonicus)and Elsholtzia rugulosa(Erugulosa)and the bottom is 3 pollens in Punica granatum L.(P.granatum)and Agastache rugosa(A.rugosa).Amylase activity also has difference which the maximum is Bidens pilosa(B.pilosa),34.8 mL/(g.h)and the minimum is Erugulosa,9.06 mlV(g.h).Melissopalynology and amylase activity analysis reflect the quality of the six honey as a reference for evaluation method of honey quality under this regions.
