职业教育导师制对学生综合素质提升途径探析

摘　　要：职业院校学生生源结构较复杂,自律性差,易受社会不良风气影响,普遍综合素质不高。对此,开展导师制渗透教育,对学生展开全方位教育,注重其个性化发展,使其在社会实践及创新能力培养中得到锻炼,从而提升其综合素质,使其在导师制教育下得到良好发展。Due to the complex situation of students in vocational colleges,tutor system has been introduced into vocational colleges for students'all-round education and their personal growth.College students under tutor system education can realize their comprehensive development.This paper summarizes the implementation path of tutor system.
