摘  要:产教融合、校企合作是职业教育的基本办学模式。对于职业教育而言,我国职业教育产教融合政策的演进经历了初步探索阶段、调整改革阶段和逐步完善阶段。建设和培育产教融合型企业,要明确对产教融合型企业的基本认知、明确产教融合型企业的认定维度、建立产教融合型企业政策激励机制。当前产教融合型企业建设存在校企合作形式相对窄化、重视企业入库而轻视培育工作、产教融合型企业的保障机制不健全等问题,需要丰富校企合作形式,全面提升培育质量;创新服务工作举措,扩大企业的参与规模;建立健全建设培育机制,携手共建命运共同体。Industry-education integration and school-enterprise cooperation are the basic school-running modes of vocational education.For vocational education, the evolution of China’s vocational education industry-education integration policy has gone through the preliminary exploration stage, adjustment and reform stage, and gradual improvement stage. The construction and cultivation of industryeducation-integrated enterprises must clarify the basic cognition of industry-education-integrated enterprises, clarify the identification dimensions of industry-education-integrated enterprises, and establish a policy incentive mechanism for industry-education-integrated enterprises. The current construction of industry-education-integrated enterprises has problems such as the relatively narrowing of schoolenterprise cooperation, emphasis on entering library rather than cultivation, and the imperfect guarantee mechanism of industry-educationintegrated enterprises. It is necessary to enrich the forms of school-enterprise cooperation, and comprehensively improve the quality of cultivation;innovate service work measures, and expand the scale of participation of enterprises;establish and improve the construction and cultivation mechanism, and work together to build a community of destiny.
