摘　　要：新发展阶段,河北省技工院校要实现高质量发展,提升人才培养实效,服务国家和地方发展,教师"立德树人"能力至关重要,需在"德"和"技"两方面下功夫。当前,教师"立德树人"能力在师德师风建设、工匠精神融入、育人效能发挥、职业技能提升等方面仍存在问题,探究原因涉及学校、教师、学生、社会等方面。技工院校可以"德技并修"为目标,从培养体系、考评机制、激励机制、支持保障等方面探索教师"立德树人"能力提升的路径。In the new stage of development,in order to achieve high-quality development in technical schools in Hebei province,improve the effectiveness of talents training,and serve national and local development,teachers’ability to foster virtue through education is very important,and we need work hard in moral education and technical education.At present,problems are obvious in the construction of teachers’moral style,artisan spirit integration,education effectiveness,vocational skills improvement and other aspects.Causes of these problems come from schools,teachers,students,and society.Technical schools should take moral education and technology as the goal,from the training system,evaluation mechanism,incentive mechanism,support and other aspects to explore and promote the path to improve the ability of teachers in virtue education.
