大学教师发展评估的内容与策略——美国南达科他大学的启示

摘　　要：实施大学教师发展评估,既是大学教师发展基本属性的必然要求,也是大学教师发展运行和优化的现实需要。推导和总结了大学教师发展评估应当包含满意度、产出、成果、效率和适用性评估等五项主要内容,并以美国南达科他大学教学和学习中心为例,分析评估内容和方法的实践应用,最后得出提升大学教师发展评估的地位、以目标为指引规划和实施评估、实行以成果评估为主的综合性评估、提升大学教师发展评估的系统性和科学性等四项对中国实施大学教师发展评估的启示。Implementing faculty development evaluation is not only the current needs but also the basic requirements of faculty development.With the reference of previous research,the contents of faculty development evaluation were summarized into five kinds:satisfaction,outputs,outcomes,efficiency and applicability.Then,evaluation activities in Center for Teaching and Learning at University of South Dakota were analyzed as an example,with the aims of presenting experience for China,such as promoting the status of the evaluation,planing and implementing the evaluation under the guidance of objectives,implementing a comprehensive evaluation based on outcomes,and improving systematic and scientific evaluation etc.
