新时代高职院校劳动教育课程建设现状与路径探讨

摘　　要：劳动教育对职业教育人才培养具有重要意义。以天津海河教育园部分高职院校为样本,调研了职业院校开展劳动教育课程建设的现状,分析劳动教育对职业教育人才培养的重要意义,提出职业院校应该加强顶层设计,强化劳动教育课程与思政课程联系,完善劳动教育课程的内容和组织方式,树立安全第一的劳动观念和推进劳动教育课程的教材和师资队伍建设工作。Labor education is of great significance to the training of vocational education talents.Taking some higher vocational col⁃leges in Tianjin Haihe Education Park as samples,the present situation of curriculum construction of labor education in vocational colleges is investigated,and the significance of labor education for vocational education talents training is analyzed.This paper puts forward that vocational colleges should strengthen the top-level design,strengthen the connection between labor education courses and ideological and political courses,improve the content and organization of labor education courses,establish the labor concept of safety first,and promote the construction of teaching materials and teaching staff for the labor education courses.
