摘  要:随着我国经济的迅速发展以及生活质量的逐渐提升,人们对于水产食品的需求量与日俱增。为了给消费者提供安全、放心的水产食品,我国加大了水产食品安全与质量控制研究力度,逐渐优化和完善了各项水产食品安全检测、监管技术以及风险评估等相关工作。然而,在实际开展水产食品安全与质量控制过程中,我国与国际上一些先进的水产品安全检测技术相比还存在着一定的差距。基于此,本文将详细分析我国水产食品安全与质量控制研究现状以及发展趋势,并结合具体内容合理提出相关参考建议,希望不断提高我国水产食品安全与质量控制水平。With the rapid development of my country’s economy and the gradual improvement of the quality of life,people’s demand for aquatic food is increasing day by day.In order to provide consumers with safe and assured aquatic food,my country has intensified research on aquatic food safety and quality control,and gradually optimized and perfected various aquatic food safety testing,supervision techniques and risk assessments.However,in the actual development of aquatic food safety and quality control process,there is still a certain gap between China and some advanced international aquatic product safety testing technology.Based on this,this paper will analyze the research status and development trend of aquatic food safety and quality control in China in detail,and put forward relevant reference suggestions based on the specific content,hoping to continuously improve the level of aquatic food safety and quality control in China.
