摘　　要：职业教育教师教学创新团队建设是推动新时代职业教育高质量发展的重要任务。教师教学团队建设标准的制定需要从工作机制建立、工作过程控制、建设成果积累、特色与创新等方面着手,细化各项指标的观测点,并根据学校、专业特色进行动态调整,力争高标准完成建设目标。The construction of teaching innovation team of vocational education teachers is an important task to promote the high-quality development of vocational education in the new era.The formulation of team construction standards needs to start from the aspects of establishment of working mechanism,control of working process,accumulation of construction achievements and characteristics and innovation,refine the observation points of each indicator and make dynamic adjustment according to the characteristics of schools and majors,so as to achieve the construction goals with high standards.
