基于现代学徒制的高职应用化工技术专业实践教学体系的构建与实施--以湖南石油化工职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：根据当前石化行业发展对人才培养的最新岗位能力需求,以湖南石油化工职业技术学院的应用化工技术专业现代学徒制培养为例,着重分析了实践教学在高职现代学徒制人才培养过程中存在的些许不足。基于对校企合作企业最新岗位能力需求的精准定位,研究了实践教学的几个方面:实践教学体系的构建、校企双元一体化育人的实践教学模式的构建、全方位实践教学评价体系的构建,以及实践教学体系的推广等,形成“校企双元四段式一体化育人”的现代学徒制人才培养实践教学体系,提高了培养人才的质量,得到企业、家长及社会的广泛认可。According to the current petrochemical industry development’s demand for the latest job capacity for talent cultivation,taking the modern apprenticeship training for applied chemical engineering majors of Hunan Petrochemical Vocational Technical College as an example,it focuses on the analysis of some problems existing in practical teaching in the process of modern apprenticeship training in higher vocational education.Through the precise positioning of the job requirements of cooperative enterprises,several aspects of practical teaching have been studied:the construction of the practical teaching system,The Construction of Practical Teaching Mode of School-enterprise Dual Education,the construction of the practical teaching evaluation system,the promotion of the practical teaching system,etc.,utilizing"school-enterprise dual four-stage integration"to create the training model of modern apprenticeship,not merely improved the level of talents,but also acquired widely recognition from enterprises,parents and society.
