新时代党的教育思想引领高职院校师德师风建设路径研究

摘　　要：新时代党的教育思想对师德师风建设提出了新的更高要求。当前高职院校师德师风建设逐步完善规范,但仍存在职业道德弱化、责任意识淡薄、爱岗敬业精神不足、功利化思想严重、育人观念不强等问题,究其原因主要有重行政管理轻思想引领、重治失范轻早预警、重查摆问题轻问责。为此,提出以下建设路径:坚持思想铸魂,强化以德育德;强化制度建设,树立清正之风;强化法治思维,筑牢师德红线。The CPC′s educational thought in the new era lays down higher requirements for the construction of teachers′morality.At present,the construction of teachers′morality in higher vocational colleges has been gradually improved,but there are still some problems such as weakening professional ethics,weak sense of responsibility,insufficient spirit of dedication,prevailing utilitarianism,and incomplete perspective on individual education.The reasons are as follows:more attention to administration rather than ideological guidance,emphasis on governance but not early warning,and more attention to investigation rather than accountability.Therefore,this paper puts forward the following construction path:to constantly educate and guide people with great thoughts and foster morality with morality;to improve institutional construction and create a clean environment;to establish the consciousness of the rule of law and build a solid red line of teachers′morality.
