弗莱雷的解放教育思想及对成人学习的启示

摘  要:保罗·弗莱雷提出的解放教育思想对巴西乃至全世界都产生了颇为深远的影响。这种解放教育思想要求师生具有高标准的学术严密性,采用批判性反思策略,并且在对话式的交流中不断改造自我和社会,最终获得人性的解放。弗莱雷的解放教育思想与实践对我国成人学习的改善具有积极的指导意义,成人学习者应当在学习前做好体验痛苦与愉悦的心理准备,在与教师的平等互动中选择围绕个性与生活的学习内容,养成批判性反思的良好学习习惯,坚持理论与实践兼顾的活动原则。The thought of liberal education proposed by Paul Freire has exerted a profound influence on Brazil and even the whole world.This liberal education thought requires teachers and students to have a high standard of academic rigor,adopt the strategy of critical reflection,and constantly transform themselves and the society in the dialogue communication,and finally achieve the liberation of humanity.Freire’s liberal education thought and practice has a positive guiding significance and enlightenment to the improvement of adult learning in China.Adult learners should be prepared to experience pain and pleasure before learning,choose learning contents centered on personality and life in equal interaction with teachers,develop good learning habits of critical reflection,and adhere to the activity principle of taking both theory and practice into account.
