摘  要:脊柱外科学囊括了骨骼、肌肉、血管、神经等多个系统,解剖系统隐匿抽象、知识系统复杂、专业性强等特点使得脊柱外科学一直是外科教学中的难点。医学生和低年资住院医师缺乏足够的感性认知,传统教学模式往往难以取得理想的教学效果。3D打印技术目前已逐步应用于术前规划、手术模拟、医疗器械个性化定制、组织器官移植等领域。而在未来的脊柱外科教学中,3D打印可以作为辅助教学手段提高教学质量、丰富手术训练手段以及提升科学探索能力等。同时,3D打印还有很多问题需要解决,如材料成本高、模型层次复杂、隐私伦理问题等。3D打印技术在医疗领域的应用前景将是光明的,但其推广和深入离不开政府、高校、企业和公众的共同努力。ion of anatomical system,complex knowledge system and strong professionalism make spinal surgery a difficult point in surgery teaching.Medical students and junior residents lack sufficient perceptual cognition,and the traditional teaching model is often difficult to achieve ideal teaching results.At present,3D printing technology has been gradually applied in the fields of preoperative planning,surgical simulation personalized customization of medical devices,tissue and organ transplantation and so on.In the future spinal surgery teaching,3D printing can be used as an auxiliary teaching means to improve teaching quality,enrich surgical training methods and enhance the ability of scientific exploration.At the same time,3D printing still has many problems to be solved,such as high material cost,complex model level,privacy ethics and so on.The application prospect of 3D printing technology in the medical field will be bright,but its promotion and deepening cannot be separated from the joint efforts of the government,universities,enterprises and the public.
