从验证到探究的高校有机化学实验教学探讨

摘　　要：以香豆素-3-羧酸的合成为例,改变现有传统实验的实验过程,将验证性实验改变为探究性实验。结果表明,一方面,提高了学生对有机化学理论课的学习兴趣和自主探究理论知识的动力。另一方面,使学生具有较早地参与科学研究的兴趣和基础。Taking the synthesis of coumarin-3-carboxylic acid as an example,we propose shifting the traditional lab training style from following directions to finishing a project.The results show that,the transition prominently improves the students’interest in organic chemistry and their motivation to explore theoretical knowledge.On the other hand,it enables students to prepare themselves for participating in scientific research.
