摘 要:加强高职院校教师的信息技术培训能够提升师资队伍素质,推动教育教学改革。高职院校教师现代信息技术培训,要在培训形式上由割裂性培训向融合性培训转变,在培训安排上由终结性培训向系统性培训转变,在培训方式上由单一性培训向多样性培训转变,在培训内容上由规定性培训向自主性选择转变,以切实提升高职院校教师的信息技术应用水平。Strengthening the information technology training of teachers in higher vocational colleges can improve the quality of teachers and promote education and teaching reform.Modern information technology training for teachers in higher vocational colleges should change from fragmented training to integrated training in training form,from summative training to systematic training in training arrangement,from unitary training to diversified training in training mode,and from prescriptive training to independent selection in training content,so as to effectively improve the application level of information technology of teachers in higher vocational colleges.
