新疆职业院校思政教师全面报酬与职业倦怠关系调查研究  

An Investigation on the Relationship between the Total Comprehensive and Job Burnout of Ideologi⁃cal and Political Teachers in Xinjiang Vocational Colleges

摘  要:基于MBI量表结合新疆实际对264名新疆职业院校思政教师调查其职业倦怠情况,结合资源保存理论,通过逐步回归探究全面报酬对教师职业倦怠的影响。结果显示,非经济报酬与内部报酬对职业倦怠影响最为显著,经济报酬主要对情绪衰竭产生显著影响。推测原因与新疆职业院校教师授课难度大、考核指标不合理以及缺乏有效的激励制度有关,并从政府、学校、教师三个层面提出意见。Influenced by regional and cultural factors,Xinjiang has always been the focus of ideological and political education,and the role of ideological and political teachers has far-reaching significance.Based on the MBI scale and the survey of 264 ideological and political teachers'burnout in Xinjiang Vocational Colleg⁃es,this paper,combined with the resource conservation theory,explores the effect of total compensation on teachers'burnout through linear stepwise regression.The results showed that non-economic compensation and internal compensation had the most significant effect on job burnout,and economic compensation had the most significant effect on emotional exhaustion.The result shows that the internal compensation is the main factor that affects the job burnout,and the reason is related to the poor level of national language and the difficulty of teaching.
