摘　　要：在经济全球化和多元文化交融的背景下,如何保持文化自信是新时代赋予外语教育的新使命。语言和文化密不可分,文化是外语教育的重要组成部分。外语教育的人文、政治和跨文化属性决定了其培养文化自信的必然性。在外语教育中培养文化自信应该以知识为基,提高民族文化素养;以情感为本,培养多元文化意识;以能力为重,增强跨文化交际能力。In the context of cultural globalization,how to maintain cultural self-confidence is a new mission entrusted to foreign language education in the new era.Language and culture are inseparable.Culture is an important part of foreign language education.The humanistic,political and cross-cultural attributes of foreign language education determine the inevitability of cultivating cultural self-confidence.In cultivating cultural self-confidence in foreign language education we should be based on knowledge to improve national cultural literacy and emotion to cultivate multicultural consciousness,and focus on ability to enhance cross-cultural communication ability.
