摘  要:目的探讨微信平台联合以问题为基础的教学法(Problem-based learning,PBL)和理论授课为基础的教学法(Lecture-based learning,LBL)在留学生全科医学理论教学中的教学效果。方法搭建微信平台,在全科医学留学生理论教学中实施PBL联合LBL教学法,通过随堂测试成绩与问卷调查方式分析评价新型教学模式的教学效果。结果PBL+LBL组学生随堂测试成绩明显高于传统教学组,特别是病例题成绩明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与传统教学组相比,PBL+LBL组在激发学习兴趣及主动性、提高自学能力、交流沟通表达能力,团队合作能力、分析解决问题的综合能力、全科医学临床诊断思维能力以及有助于减少语言障碍,促进师生情感等方面的得分明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论利用微信平台运用PBL+LBL教学法,能够激发学生学习兴趣、提高各项综合能力以及减少师生之间交流障碍,促进师生情感,对于留学生全科医学教学来说,可能是一种较为合适的新型教学模式。Objective To explore the effect on application of WeChat-assisted problem-based learning(PBL)+lecture-based learning(LBL)teaching method in the teaching of general medical theory for international students.Methods Using the PBL+LBL teaching model based on the WeChat platform,the new teaching methods was used to evaluate the teaching effect through the in-class test scores and questionnaire survey.Results Students in PBL+LBL group achieved significantly higher scores in in-class tests than those in traditional teaching group,especially in disease cases,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared to the traditional teaching group,PBL group gain more scores on the aspects below-raising interest and initiative,improving self-study ability,improving and communication skills,developing teamwork,improving the ability of finding and solving problem,general medicine clinical diagnosis thinking ability,reducing the language barrier and promoting the emotion between teachers and students.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Using WeChat-assisted PBL+LBL teaching method in the teaching of general practice medicine,raised learning interest,improved comprehensive abilities,may be a more appropriate new teaching model.
