摘  要:黄花菜是我国种植面积和消费量较大、经济价值较高的特色蔬菜,采收后的鲜品贮藏期短,市场上主要是干制黄花菜。本文阐述了国内外黄花菜相关研究及产业发展现状,指出了我国现有干制加工技术存在的问题,展望了黄花菜新产品和干制工艺的发展方向,为促进我国黄花菜产业的发展及新产品的开发提供理论指导。Dayliliy is a characteristic vegetable with high economic value in China.China is a big country of daylilies cultivation and consumption.But the storage period of daylily is short,the main processed products in the market are dried.This paper expounded and analyzed the current situation and trend of the related research and industrial development of daylilies at home and abroad,pointed out the existing problems of the dry processing technology in China,and looked forward to the development direction of new products and dry processing technology of daylilies,so as to provide reference and guidance for promoting the development of China’s daylilies industry and the development of new products.
