摘  要:目的:探究在高职妇产科护理学实验教学中PBL情景模拟教学法与传统实验教学模式对比,探究科学有效的教学方法。方法:从本院高职护理专业学生中,随机抽取120名学生随机划分为对照组和观察组,每个小组均有60名学生,两个小组学生分别接受不同的授课,然后待授课结束后分别开展理论考试和实验考试,并通过调查问卷、讲座等方式收集资料,从而对两个小组学生的成绩进行评定,方可探清不同教学方法的实际功效。还要对两种教学方法的教学有效性进行对比。其中,对照组学生接受传统实验教学法授课,观察组学生则接受以PBL为基础的情景模拟教学法授课。结果:观察组学生成绩明显高于对照组,学生满意度和技能掌握都有明显提高。结论:PBL情景模拟教学法在高职妇产科护理实验教学中更有优越性,不仅有助于提高教学质量,也对学生学习质量和其他能力培养提供了助力。Objective:To compare the PBL scenario simulation teaching method with traditional experiment teaching method in the experiment teaching of obstetrics and gynecology nursing in higher vocational colleges,and to explore scientific and effective teaching methods.Methods:120 nursing students in our college were randomly selected and divided into the control group and the experimental group,with 60 students in each group.The students in the two groups were taught with different methods,and then the theoretical and experiment examinations were carried out after the teaching,and then the data were collected through questionnaires and lectures,so as to evaluate the scores of the students in the two groups and analyze the practical effects of the different teaching methods.It is also necessary to compare the teaching effectiveness of the two teaching methods.The students in the control group were taught with traditional experiment teaching method,while the students in the experimental group were taught with PBL scenario simulation teaching method.Results:The students’scores in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the students’satisfaction and mastery of skills in the experimental group were significantly improved.Conclusion:PBL scenario simulation teaching method has more advantages in the obstetrics and gynecology nursing experiment teaching in higher vocational colleges,which not only helps to improve the teaching quality,but also helps to cultivate students’learning quality and other abilities.
