德国“双元制”及其中国实践再审视:文化的视角

摘　　要：德国"双元制"职业教育凝聚了德国人"强烈的职业认同意识""融合的国家主义和个人主义观念""严格的行会制度传统"等文化特征。从文化比较的视角分析"双元制"实践的经验与教训,可知中国职业教育的校企合作必须扎根于本土文化土壤,"致良知""匠人之道""技艺之美""和而不同"等中国文化传统能够产生非常积极的影响。在数字化经济时代,特别强调价值理性的中国文化在职业教育中有了广阔的用武之地。German“dual system”vocational education embodies the cultural characteristics of Germans such as“strong professional identity”“integrated nationalism and individualism”and“strict guild system tradition”.Analyzing the experience and lessons of the“dual system”practice from the perspective of cultural comparison,it can be seen that the school-enterprise cooperation of Chinese vocational education must be rooted in the local cultural soil,such as“to conscience”“craftsman’s Tao”“technical aesthetics” “harmony in diversity”,and so on.Chinese cultural traditions can have a very positive impact.In the era of digital economy,Chinese culture,which emphasizes value rationality in particular,has a broad application in vocational education.
