摘 要:为探讨幼儿园教师组织支持感对融合教育态度的影响,以及胜任力、融合教育效能感在其中的中介作用,本研究对我国四省(直辖市)637名幼儿园教师进行问卷调查。结果表明,幼儿园教师组织支持感、胜任力、融合教育效能感和融合教育态度呈显著正相关;幼儿园教师胜任力、融合教育效能感在组织支持感和融合教育态度间起链式中介作用。上述结果既验证了学前融合教育建构框架理论的主要观点,也为转变幼儿园教师对融合教育态度的干预实践提供借鉴。To explore the effect of perceived organizational support on attitude toward inclusive education among kindergarten teachers and the mediating role of competency and efficacy of inclusive education,a questionnaire survey was conducted of 637 kindergarten teachers from four provinces(municipalities)in China.The results showed that perceived organizational support,competency,efficacy of inclusive education and attitude toward inclusive education were significantly positively correlated with each other.Competency and efficacy of inclusive education played a chain mediating role between perceived organizational support and attitude toward inclusive education.The results verified the main viewpoints of the Building Blocks Framework of preschool inclusive education,and also provided reference for the intervention practice of kindergarten teachers’attitude improvement toward inclusive education.
