摘　　要：从OBE理念下研究生的人才培养目标和社会需求出发,针对新工科研究生的专业特色,结合食品科学专业研究生的自身特点,从科研驱动式教学模式的构建、课程设计、课程实施、教学手段及课程评价入手,全面分析了科研驱动式教学在食品科学研究生培养中的应用与价值,为促进研究生能力的全面提高、培养更多高素质研究型/应用型食品专业人才提供新思路。According to the specialty characteristics of postgraduate under the background of“new engineering”,combined with the talents training goal,social demand and the characteristics of food science specialty,the collaborative research teaching mode in the application of graduate education in food science and the value comprehensively were analyzed.From the construction of collaborative research teaching mode,curriculum design,curriculum implementation,teaching methods and curriculum evaluation,a new way could be provided to promote the comprehensive ability to graduate,and to produce more high-quality research/applied food professionals.
