摘 要:知识共享与组织氛围相互融合,有助于催生员工创新行为。以产业技术联盟企业的知识型员工为研究对象,运用耦合协调模型探究联盟企业知识共享与组织氛围的匹配情况,并实证分析知识共享、组织氛围及其两者匹配对员工创新行为的影响。研究表明,知识共享、组织氛围及两者的匹配度对员工创新行为产生正向促进作用,但在混合系统中任务特性对员工创新行为的影响不显著。The mutual integration of knowledge sharing and organizational atmosphere contributes to the employee innovation behavior.This paper examined the matching between manufacturing knowledge sharing and organizational atmosphere in manufacturing industry by using the coupling coordination model to analyze the effects of knowledge sharing,organizational atmosphere and the matching of the two on employee innovative behaviors.The results showed that knowledge sharing,organizational atmosphere and their matching degree had positive effects on employee innovative behaviors.However,the effect of task characteristics on employee innovative behaviors was not significant in the hybrid system.
