摘 要:教师的信息化教学能力是教育信息化和现代化的关键。教育硕士作为未来优秀教师的重要人才储备,其信息化教学能力应引起高度重视。分析教育硕士信息化教学能力的内涵,依据任友群提出的师范生信息化教学能力标准,面向教育硕士组织开展自我评价问卷调查。基于数据分析,从基础技术素养、技术支持学习和技术支持教学3个维度,分析教育硕士对信息化教学能力的自我评价状况,同时就信息技术课程与教学环节的培养成效、授课教师信息化教学情况,以及学校组织支持环境等方面进行评价反思,提出教育硕士信息化教学能力的提升策略。Teacher s information-based teaching ability is the key factor to realize the information and modernization of education,especially for the Master of Education as an important reserve of talents for future excellent teachers.This project analyzes the connotation of the information-based teaching ability of Master of Education,and based on the standard of the information-based teaching ability of normal school students proposed by Professor Ren Youqun,carries out a self-assessment questionnaire survey for Master of Education students.In light of the data analysis,this paper evaluates the performance of the information-based teaching ability of Master of Education students from three dimensions:basic technology literacy,technology support learning and technology support teaching.And evaluation and reflection are given from three aspects,namely,the effectiveness of the courses and practice linked with educational information technology in the program of Master of Education,the status of the Master of Education teachers information-based teaching,and the university s organization supporting environment.Some suggestions are put forward to improve the information-based teaching ability of the university s Master of Education students.
