摘　　要：新型活页教材符合"旅行社业务与管理"课程性质要求,能够有效解决该课程教材存在内容更新周期长,与旅行社实际工作要求脱节;教材素养目标缺失、育人功能不够;教材实用性不强,不能与时俱进等问题。文章提出"旅行社业务与管理"课程活页教材的开发理念、开发步骤,分析开发难点,并从融入课程思政元素、精心选取教材理论知识部分、强化流程性思维培养、注重成果要求精细化设计、以能力要素作为教材最小单元、开展课程教材一体化研发等方面提出"旅行社业务与管理"课程活页教材开发的具体建议。The new loose-leaf teaching material meets the requirements of the course"Travel Service Business and Management",which can effectively solve the problems of long cycle of teaching content updating,disconnection of teaching content from the actual work,lack of sufficient educational function and the problem that the textbook is not practical and cannot keep pace with the times.The paper puts forward the development concept and steps of the looseleaf teaching material of the course"Travel Service Business and Management".The author of the paper analyzes the development difficulties and proposes some suggestions from the following aspects:how to integrate ideological and political elements into the course;how to select the theoretical teaching material and knowledge;how to strengthen process thinking training;how to design and display the traveling results;how to arrange the teaching material according to studnets’ability elements as the minimum unit and how to carry out the integrated research and development of curriculum and textbooks.
