摘  要:采用高脂饮食大鼠模型试验对糜米进行降血脂作用的研究。选用Wistar雄性大鼠,适应性饲养3 d后,分成高脂饮食组和糜米组,分别饲喂高脂饲料和糜米高脂饲料。连续饲喂14 d后测定大鼠体重增加量,血清总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇+极低密度脂蛋胆固醇(LDL-C+VLDL-C)含量,肝脏脂质水平,粪便胆汁酸排泄水平等。另外,采用体外模拟肠道环境试验测定了糜米对胆固醇胶束溶解度的影响。结果表明:糜米能够降低高脂饮食大鼠的血清TC(P <0.01)以及肝脏总脂质水平(P <0.05),同时促进粪便胆汁酸排泄量(P <0.01),并抑制胆固醇胶束溶解度(P <0.001)。综上所述,糜米通过抑制胆固醇吸收,促进粪便胆汁酸的排泄,从而降低血清TC含量,并达到降血脂作用。The effect of Panicum Miliaceum L. on reducing blood lipid was studied by high-fat diet rat model test. Wistar male rats were divided into high-fat diet group and Panicum Miliaceum L. group after adaptive feeding for 3 days. They were fed with high-fat diet and Panicum Miliaceum L. high fat diet respectively. After continuous feeding for 14 days,the weight gain,the content of serum total cholesterol( TC),high density lipoprotein cholesterol( HDL-C),and low density lipoprotein cholesterol + very low density lipoprotein cholesterol( LDL-C + VLDL-C),the liver lipid level and the fecal bile acid excretion level were measured. In addition,the effect of Panicum Miliaceum L. on the solubility of cholesterol micelles was determined by in vitro simulated intestinal environment test. The results showed that Panicum Miliaceum L. could reduce serum TC( P < 0. 01) and liver total lipid level( P < 0. 05),promote fecal bile acid excretion( P < 0. 01) and inhibit cholesterol micelle solubility( P < 0. 001). In conclusion,Panicum Miliaceum L. could inhibit cholesterol absorption and promote the excretion of fecal bile acids,so as to reduce the content of serum TC and reduce blood lipid.
