摘  要:采用超声辅助提取的方法,以乙醇水溶液为提取剂,提取黑种草子中的抗氧化活性成分。选取超声功率、超声提取时间、乙醇体积分数以及液料比等对提取率影响较大的因素,以对DPPH自由基的清除率为响应值,利用单因素试验和响应面法确定了黑种草子中抗氧化活性成分的最佳提取工艺为超声功率183 W、超声时间21 min、乙醇体积分数63%、液料比11∶1 (m L/g)。在此条件下,DPPH自由基的清除率达到82.05%,黑种草子中总黄酮的提取率为0.125%。Ultrasonic assisted extraction was used to extract the antioxidant components from seed of Nigella glandulifera with ethanol aqueous solution as extractant. Ultrasonic power,ultrasonic extraction time,ethanol volume fraction and liquid-solid ratio were selected as the factors that had a great influence on the extraction rate,and the clearance rate of DPPH free radical was taken as the response value. The single factor test and response surface method were used to determine the optimal extractions of antioxidant active components from seed of Nigella glandulifera. The optimal extraction conditions were as follows: ultrasonic power 183 W,ultrasonic time 21 min,ethanol volume fraction 63 %,liquid-solid ratio11 ∶ 1( m L/g). Under these conditions,the DPPH radical scavenging ratio was 82. 05 % and the extraction rate of the total flavonoids was 0. 125 %.
