摘 要:基于情境学习理论、社会建构理论与联通主义理论视角,构建了技术支持下的智慧教研模型模型融合课前、课内和课后日常教学业务情境,支持教师专业持续发展;结合群体人际数据与课堂教学数据的智能化分析,为教研提供社会和认知支持;基于协同进化和集体创生知识库,支持教师教学能力个性化提升。智慧教研模型遵循实践逻辑进行群体教研活动的设计与实施,支持从“专家授导式”向“课堂问题驱动下教师合作探究式”教研范式的转变,联通相关资源为教师个性化发展提供多维支持,有助于建立平等协同的教研氛围和文化。Based on the perspectives of situated learning theory,social constructivism theory and connectivism theory,the intelligent teaching and research model supported by technology is constructed.The model integrates daily teaching situations before,in and after class to support teachers’sustainable professional development.The intelligent analysis of group’s interpersonal data and classroom teaching data provides social and cognitive support for teaching and research.Based on the knowledge base of co-evolution and collective creation,it supports the personalized improvement of teachers’teaching ability.The intelligent teaching and research model follows the logic of practice to design and implement group teaching and research activities,supports the transformation of teaching and research paradigm from“experts’teaching and guidance”to“teachers’cooperative exploration driven by classroom problems”,and connects relevant resources to provide multi-dimensional support for teachers’personalized development,which helps to create an equal and collaborative atmosphere and culture of teaching and research.
