摘  要:针对包西(包头—西安)铁路隧道内扣件伤损问题,选取桐木石隧道、九燕山隧道进行现场调研,分析了弹条断裂的特点;对断裂伤损弹条进行伤损机理分析,对断裂弹条硬度、脱碳层深度和金相组织进行了检验检测,并对裂纹进行金相显微镜观测;在九燕山隧道建立现场试铺试验段进行持续观测。结果表明:断裂弹条不存在产品质量问题;尾部接触应力过大是造成弹条断裂的主要原因;安装时扭矩过大和不规则锈蚀加大了弹条断裂风险,降低了弹条使用寿命,而弹条锈蚀主要是由不良的运营环境引起的。建议严格控制弹条的安装扭矩,选用防锈工艺弹条,加强现场养护维修管理。Aiming at the problem of fastener damage in Baotou-Xi’an railway tunnel,Tongmushi tunnel and Jiuyanshan tunnel were selected for field investigation,and the characteristics of elastic strip fracture were analyzed.The damage mechanism of the broken elastic strip was analyzed, the hardness, decarburization depth and metallographic structure of the broken elastic strip were tested,and the cracks were observed by metallographic microscope. A field trial laying test section was established in Jiuyanshan tunnel for continuous observation. The results show that the broken elastic strip has no product quality problems. Excessive tail contact stress is the main cause of elastic strip fracture. Excessive torque and irregular corrosion during installation increase the risk of elastic strip fracture and reduce the service life of elastic strip,while elastic strip corrosion is mainly caused by poor operating environment.It is recommended to strictly control the installation torque of elastic strips,select antirust process elastic strips,and strengthen on-site maintenance management.
