摘  要:生产实习是高校实践教学的重要内容之一。从工程教育的理念出发,针对以往实习中存在的普遍问题,利用高校和企业2种不同的教育环境和教育资源,对生产实习的教学目标、教学内容、合作指导、考核评价进行了改革和实践,并取得了良好的效果,可以为高校食品类专业的生产实习改革提供参考,助力高校高素质工科人才的培养。The production practice is one of the most important courses of practical teaching in colleges and universities. In this paper, we started from the concept of engineering education, aimed at the common problems existing in the past practice,made use of two different educational environments and educational resources of colleges and enterprises to reform and practice in the aspects of production practice objectives,contents,cooperative guidance and assessments and evaluations,which provided reference for the reformation of production practice of food specialty in other colleges and universities and helped to contribute to the cultivation of high-quality engineering students in colleges and universities.
