摘 要:通过对G市798名幼儿园园长的问卷调查和个别访谈,总体描述幼儿园课程规划及建设的现状与水平。调查显示:幼儿园课程规划及建设整体已达到较高水平,但园长的课程认知水平明显滞后于其课程行动水平;园长的课程认知与课程行动之间,课程认知板块内部变量——概念认知、价值认知、操作认知之间,课程行动板块内部变量——动力、支持、实践、效果之间均存在显著差异;课程实践主体能力影响幼儿园课程行动的实践与效果,教师课程能力的影响更为明显;高质量的课程规划对园长课程领导力的提升与发挥有促进作用。建议要深化幼儿园课程治理变革,加大对幼儿园课程规划及建设的指导与引领力度,促进课程认知与课程行动之间的良性互动,重视课程实践主体能力的有效提升。Based on the questionnaire survey and individual interviews of 798 kindergarten principals,the current situation and level of curriculum planning and construction in G city are described.According to the survey,the curriculum planning and construction of kindergartens in G city have reached a high level,but the curriculum cognition level of principals lags behind the curriculum action level obviously.There are significant differences between the curriculum cognition and the curriculum action,among the curriculum concept cognition,value cognition and operation cognition and among the curriculum action motivation,supporting,practices and effects.The abilities of curriculum subjects affect the practices and effects of kindergarten curriculum action,and influences of teacher’s curriculum ability are more obvious.Curriculum planning affects the practices and effects of kindergarten curriculum action.It is suggested to deepen the reform of kindergarten curriculum governance,increase the guidance of kindergarten curriculum planning and construction,promote the positive interaction between curriculum cognition and curriculum action and pay attention to the effective improvement of curriculum practical subjects’abilities.
