摘  要:儿童文学作品需要切合儿童年龄特征,适合儿童阅读习惯,以有利于儿童身心健康发展,这也形成了儿童文学翻译的特点和难点。在接受美学视角下,以儿童读物The Wind in the Willows(《柳林风声》)为例,从词语、句式与语言风格三个方面,对儿童文学翻译所使用的翻译策略进行分析。中英文中如果没有对应词语,可采用归化译法;原文句式过短或过长,可扩充解释或改变句子顺序;儿童读物应侧重口语化,切忌死板对应原文。Children’s literature works should suit the characteristics of children’s age,accord with children’s appreciation level and be beneficial to children’s physical and mental health development,which are the characteristics and difficulties of children’s literature and its translation.From the perspective of reception aesthetics,this paper takes The Wind in The Willows as example,and analyzes translation strategies available in translation of children’s literature from three aspects of vocabulary,sentence and language style,and points out that if there is no corresponding word in Chinese and English,domestication should be adopted;sentence order can be changed to achieve the effect of the original text;children’s books tend to be colloquial and do not correspond to the original text.
