摘 要:幼儿教师提问是幼儿园教育活动中常用的教学方法,也是进行师幼互动的主要方式,提问是否有效关系着幼儿园教育质量的高低,对幼儿的学习与发展至关重要。通过对河南省新乡市A幼儿园某大班的集体教学活动进行为期四个月的观察,发现在集体教学中存在教师提问数量过多、重在向幼儿灌输知识、给予幼儿待答时间短、反馈方式单一等问题。因此,教师应不断提高自身素质、在集体教学活动中充分尊重幼儿的主体性、科学运用提问方式等,不断提高提问的有效性。Pre-school teachers'questioning is not only a common teaching method in the kindergarten education activities,but also the main way of teacher-children interaction.Whether questioning is effective is related to the quality of kindergarten education,which is very important to children's learning and development.Through the observation of the group teaching activities of a large class in A kindergarten of Xinxiang city,Henan Province for four months,it is found that there are some problems in the group teaching,such as too many questions from teachers,emphasis on instilling knowledge into children,short waiting time for children,and single feedback method.Therefore,teachers should constantly improve their own quality,fully respect children's subjectivity in collective teaching activities,scientific use of questioning methods,and constantly improve the effectiveness of questioning.
