我国食品冷藏链存在的问题与对策研究

摘　　要：我国食品冷藏链行业发展起步较晚,在冷藏技术、设备、行业标准和系统管理技术水平等方面与发达国家相比存在一定的差距。有效维护低温冷冻食品和冷藏食品的品质以及提升系统管理和发展服务水平是目前阶段急需解决的问题。本文分析了我国食品冷藏链的发展现状,总结出我国食品冷藏链中存在的问题并提出解决对策,进一步完善我国的食品冷藏链。The development of China’s food refrigeration chain industry started late,and there is a certain gap compared with the developed countries in various aspects of refrigeration technology,equipment,industry standards and system management technology level.It is an urgent problem to ensure the quality of low-temperature frozen food and refrigerated food and improve the system management and development service level.This paper analyzes the development status of food cold chain in China,summarizes the existing problems of food cold chain in China,and puts forward countermeasuresto further improve China's food cold chain.
