摘　　要：在线教学的兴起使专业课程在教学方法、教学内容及教学管理都发生了变革,在线教学的改革是提高本科教学质量的必然要求。该文以高校专业基础课程"普通生物学"为例,从在线教学的平台保障、教学设计和教学管理等方面出发,探讨了专业课程在线教学的现状、教学模式的实践经验和未来线上教学的建设方向,并提出"线上线下课程群+跨时空教学团队"的教学模式对策,以期为完善专业课程的在线教学质量提供参考。With the rise of online teaching,changes have taken place in the teaching methods,contents and man‐agement of professional courses.The reform of online teaching is an inevitable requirement for improving the qual‐ity of undergraduate teaching.Taking"General Biology"as an example,this paper discusses the current situation of the professional basic course online teaching,teaching mode of practical experience and the future direction of the construction of online teaching from the online teaching platform,teaching design and teaching management.The countermeasures of"online and offline course group+cross time and space teaching team"has been proposed to im‐prove the quality of professional course online teaching and provide the reference in the future.
