摘  要:目的探讨螺旋上升式教学模式在儿科住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果。方法选取2017年9月至2020年6月我院儿科接受规范化培训的住院医师90名,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各45名。对照组采用传统教学模式,观察组采用螺旋上升式教学模式。比较两组的临床理论、临床技能评分、胜任力及教学满意度。结果观察组的临床理论、临床技能评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的批判性思维能力、精于专业能力、有效沟通能力、医德高尚能力、专业发展能力评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组对激发学习兴致、增强自主学习规划、提升科研设计水平、提高独立思考水平的满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论螺旋上升式教学模式在儿科住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果较好,可提升临床理论、临床技能掌握程度,提高胜任力及教学满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of spiral up teaching mode in the standardized training of pediatric residents.Methods A total of 90 residents who received standardized training in pediatrics department of our hospital from September 2017 to June 2020 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group carried out traditional teaching mode and the observation group carried out spiral up teaching mode.The clinical theory,clinical skill scores,competency and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of clinical theory and clinical skill in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of critical thinking ability,professional ability,effective communication ability,noble medical ethics ability and professional development ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction to stimulating learning interest,enhancing autonomous learning planning,improving the scientific research design level and improving the independent thinking level in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The spiral up teaching mode applied in standardized training of pediatric residents has a better effect,which can promote the mastery of clinical theory and clinical skill,improve competence and teaching satisfaction.
